These images summarize several trips made to various Bangalore suburbs during the monsoon -- Bannerghatta, Mysore Road, Kanakapura Road, etc.
I managed a few photo-lifers like the Sirkeer Cuckoo (should be called skulker cuckoo!) in Bannerghatta which seems to be one of the best spots in India for this shy bird. Other p-lifers included Yellow-eyed Babbler and White-rumped Munia.
